Symptoms

Below is the error that is returned in the Imaging Viewer (both Basic and Advanced) when attempting to view a document or image:

"A cache exception occurred. J2EE JOC-044 An exception is occurring in the method. CacheAccess.get Error transforming document J2EE JOC-043 base exception: There was an error launching the external transformation process: 135 XOpenDisplay failed
To download and view locally, use the Download menu item from the File menu of the Viewer."
