Symptoms

On Test: 11.1.1.7.0 version, Technology Adapters

When using the FTP Adapter over FTPS, it is always trying to use port 21 even after changing the SecurePort property to a different value.
 
ERROR

Could not invoke operation FileListing against the FTP adapter due to Binding JCA-11407
Connection closed error
Connection closed for Host: FTPHostName
Please make sure that the ftp server is up.
