New storage rule created for File Store Provider (FSP) fails and generated error when Check-In is attempted.
New storage rule created on File Store Provider has the same exact settings, with the exception following, as "Dispersion By ContentId";
Changed dispersion rule section from $dDocName[-9:-6:0:b]/$dDocName[-6:-3:0:b] to $dDocName[-9:-6:0]/$dDocName[-6:-3:0] thereby removing the encoding to predict the URL.
A global storage rule is created so as to set the xStorageRule to be the new rule and check-ins are done via CHECKIN_NEW_SUB service.
Note: Check-In via browser will fail and generate the same error.
