OAM Bundled Patch 5 Causing APEX 4.2.5 Sessions to be Invalidated / Expire after 60 Minutes.

OAM Bundled Patch 5 causing APEX 4.2.5 sessions to be invalidated / expire after 60 minutes.

After applying OAM Bundled Patch 5, my APEX 4.2.5 session are invalidated / expire after 60 minutes. As soon as user's session is 60 minutes old, no matter what they are doing, the session re-initializes and they have a new APEX session id and the current page they are on is refreshed (losing any data that may have been entered etc)
Rolling back Bundled Patch 5 back to just fixes the issue.

APEX session id must not get re-generated
