Import To Update Policies Fails With "doesn't match schema" Error (Doc ID 2076414.1)

When attempting to update a policy using import CSV file, the following error occurs.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. create a schema (.rbx) file
2. create a import (.csv) file
3. import the policy using the UI
