Unable to Connect to the WebCenter Content (WCC) Web UI after Changing the Admin Server Port (Doc ID 2076771.1)

Symptoms

In the WCC server config the intradoc port was changed from the default Admin Server port 4444 to 5004 resulting in an error connecting to the Web UI.

 <Error> <HTTP> <BEA-101020> <[ServletContext@1456163473[app:Oracle WebCenter Content - Web UI module:wcc path:null spec-version:3.1]] Servlet failed with an Exception
oracle.wcc.adf.model.WccException: JBO-29114 ADFContext is not setup to process messages for this exception. Use the exception stack trace and error code to investigate the root cause of this exception. Root cause error code is WCC-ADF-11000. Error message parameters are {0=WccAdfServerConnection, 1=Default}

Changes

 Changed the Admin Server port from the default of 4444 to another port.
