Getting an ADF Error while signing off certification task after reassignment.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OIM as a certifier
2. Open certification task from the Dashboard
3. Reassign all the users in the specific certification task and Sign Off the task.
4. Getting ADF error in UI
