NullPointerException: Password Expiry And Warning Notifications Are Not Working (Doc ID 2076932.1)

Customer is able to receive all the notifications like Reset Password and Account generated etc. Only Password Warning and Password Expired notifications are not working.



Goal

Not receiving mails for Password Expiry and warning notification. While running the Password Expiration Task scheduler, receiving the below mentioned error:
