Credentials Field Not Showing For Serengeti Application Loogn

We are having issues while trying to configure a new application template for the Serengeti application logon form (Windows logon page). From the ESSO Admin console Application Learning Wizard, when selecting the application window, there is no Red border when selecting this application.
