In Exalogic 2.0.6.x Virtual racks running Virtual release older than April 2015 PSU 126.96.36.199.1, issue of ZFS Active storage head hang is observed. This causes compute nodes in virtual rack to reboot automatically due to OCFS2 fencing of compute nodes as there is no response from ZFS active head. When the hang on active head happens there is no automatic failover from Active head to Passive head.
