Information in this document applies to any platform.
After upgrading from 11g R2PS2 To 11g R2PS3, one is unable to see the Administration Roles tile on the Self Service console when logged in as xelsysadm. To reproduce:
1. Log on to the Self Service console as xelsysadm.
2. Click on Manage in the upper right corner.
