Email notifications to some users are not being sent and the following error is shown in the $DOMAIN_HOME/servers/soa_server1/logs/soa_server1-diagnostic.log:
When viewed in the FMW Enterprise Manager console, on the Human Workflow Service Engines' Notification Management tab, the status for the notification is "Error" and when you select that, it displays only 0;. The Recipient field for the notification is also empty.
The issue occurs only for some of users and other notifications are sent successfully and shown in the Notification Management tab.
