User Creation in LDAP Sync Enabled Environment Failing with "NameNotFoundException: Error: NO_SUCH_OBJECT"

 Unable to create a user in OIM with ldapsync configuration. 
 Getting the following errors in the logs while trying to create a user in identity console.
