Unable To Delete File/Folder With A Comma In The Name From Document Explorer (Doc ID 2079022.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to delete a file with a comma in the name through Document Explorer in WebCenter Portal, the portal returns an error and the file is not deleted.

The error shows:

Unable to delete selected documents or folders.
The selected documents or folders no longer exist.
Please refresh to see the latest content (View > Refresh Content)
