Users Must log in to Capture Client with Case Sensitive User Names After Changing to DB-Based OPSS Policy Store

The OPSS database policy store is configured according to <Document 1585919.1>. Afterwards, users have to log in to the Capture client with their user name in the exact case as in the Active directory, or they would not have the Security Roles or Capture security permission assigned to them. Users receive an unauthorized message after login, or if they were able to access the client they had no user profiles.
