In ScreenReader mode, JAWS Announces Invisible Image in IE11

If ADF Faces is used in Screen reader mode every InputText field has a invisible Image capsuled in a link even if no Short Description Attribute is set. this causes the screenreader to read an invisible link.
If the Input textfield has no short Description attribute there is no link nor Image tag describing an element in Screen Reader mode and no link visible.
If the Input textfield has no short Description attribute there is a link with image tag inside describing an invisible element in Screen Reader mode and no link visible.
To view the code in question live press the F12 key in IE 11 then pree Ctrl+B and click on the texfield. The line in the DOM Explorer beneath the Input tag holds the link containing the unnecessary Image. with JAWS 15 running navigate to the Input text field and press the cursor down key. Jaws will now read the unnecessary ink and Image Information that are not visible
