Symptoms

The Webcenter Content domain is configured for Kerberos Single Sign On.

Users are getting the WCC user log in page and not getting automatically redirected to the WCC page.

The WCC managed server log shows the following:

This is an indication the the SPNEGO ticket negotiation is not occurring.
