AccessDeniedException: New Role Members Unable To Take Action On Prior Requests

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Usecase: If a request is initiated and assigned to a Role for approvals, any member in that role can take action on it. But if one adds a new user to that Role, that user is unable to take action on it and received an error in the logs and only sees part of the data.
