Duplicate Messages Produced by SAF Error Handler When the Message Expires and is Stored in the SAF Error Queue

When the SAF remote destination was down, duplicate messages were produced in the SAF queue. Error handling is set to redirect and error destination can be the same SAF queue or a different error queue. The time-to-live value is set to 60 seconds so that it would expire and retry again after it expired. The messages were sent with UOO. When the message expires and are stored again, the duplicate messages multiply.
