Symptoms

OGG-00868 Oracle GoldenGate Delivery for Oracle, rep_s.prm: OCI Error ORA-03127: no new operations allowed until the active operation ends (status = 3127). Updating checkpoint table vivasmgr.chkpt, group 'REP_S', key 3452881990 (0xcdcecc46), SQL <UPDATE vivasmgr.chkpt SET last_update_ts = sysdate, seqno = :seqno, rba = :rba, audit_ts = :audit_ts, log_csn = :log_csn, log_xid = :log_xid, log_cmplt_csn = :log_cmplt_csn, log_cmplt_xids = :log_cmplt_xids, version = :version WHERE group_name = :group_name AND group_key = :key>.
