Context Error attempting to Import Portal Component into Portal Instance 9.0.2.x.x. (Doc ID 208038.1)

Symptoms

Using the following command to Import an exported Portal component:

>export_32 -mode import -s PORTAL -p <PASSWORD> -c <SID> -pu oradev -pp <PASSWORD> -company ORACLE -d <EXPORT_FILENAME>.dmp -automatic_merge

Where export_32 is the name of the dump file.

Receive the following error upon Import attempt:

Mode Selected is IMPORT
Checking for privileges...
Setting the Context...
Error: Unable to Set Context for Portal User oradev
Cannot proceed with Import
