Applies to:
Oracle API Gateway - Version 11.1.2.1.0 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
The database used for Oracle API Gateway Analytics has been moved to a RAC database.
It is necessary to reconfigure Analytics to use the new RAC database as follows:
After running the script and restarting Analytics, the following error is returned:
"There is an error establishing connection to the database. Please check the following:
Ensure that you have created the schema (e.g. with dbsetup);
Ensure that you have configured the server with the correct connection details (i.e. with configureserver)
The database instance exists;
The database user exists and has read permissions;
The server is permitted to connect to the database, e.g. it is not blocked by a firewall, or the database has no grant permissions for the server's host;"
OAG Analytics does not work at this point and monitoring can not be done correctly.
