Seeing "access Denied" Errors Intermittently In OpenSSO Agent Logs.

Access denied can be a normal response, absent authorization, even after authentication.
1) Is access to resources being denied after the client has received the required token?
2) Are multiple levels of authentication and/or chained authentication modules in use?
3) Please elaborate on what is the problem experienced by end users.
4) Please take note of the logging level of the agent.
