Unable to login to the SOA EM Console with IE 11 (Doc ID 2081460.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.7.0 version, Fabric


When logging into the SOA EM Console the following message pops up:

" You are using an unsupported browser ..."

After clicking OK, entering user name/password to login, the page is frozen.
