Symptoms

Oracle Traffic Director 11.1.1.7 starts but has two watchdog process. Further the keepalived process has not started even though it's configured as part of a failover group

Example process listing of OTD related processes. Note the two "trafficd-wdog" processes when one watchdog per config is expected.
