FMW Control 11g の画面でのDAD作成時に "Useless use of AllowOverride in line" エラーが発生する

現象
FMW Control 11g の画面から 新しいDADを dads.conf に追加する場合に、保存ができません。
"適用"ボタンを押下した場合以下のようなエラーが出力されます。
Failed to invoke operation setFileContents on MBean oracle.as.management.mbeans.register:type=component,name=<COMPONENT_NAME>,instance=<INSTANCE_NAME>,Location=AdminServer
Apply failed, modify required parameters and save again.
Validation of configuration trying to apply failed with following error :

1.管理画面にログインします
2.dads.confを編集します
3.DADを追加します（6つまで追加できます）
4.適用を押下します
5."Useless use of AllowOverride in line" のエラーが発生します
6.サーバに製品をインストールしたユーザでログインします
7.dads.confを編集します
8.さらに２つDADを追加します
9.HTTP Serverを再起動します
10.新しいDADの動作をテストすると正常に動作します、しかし、管理画面からはエラーが出て、適用できません
