Symptoms

Recently upgraded SOA Suite 11g to 12.1.3. 
Post migration, the rest proxy service which works fine in 11g started failing in 12c though the Business service returns the expected response.

Observing unexpected behaviour with the internal routing from Proxy to Business service.
