How To Configure OAG Analytics With Anonymous SMTP? (Doc ID 2082432.1)

Goal

In OAG 11.1.2.3, there is a need to configure OAG Analytics to send reports by email, the problem is that it requires the use of an SMTP username and password.
The internal SMTP server is configured to receive anonymous requests. There is no SMTP users.
Is there a way to configure the server to send the emails without trying to authenticate?
