Not Able To Process Batches Through WebCenter Forms Recognition Learn Set Manager (Doc ID 2083366.1)

Symptoms

Unable to process batches through WebCenter Forms Recognition Learn Set Manager.  There are some batches that are visible in the "Accumulated Documents Browsing" view that it is not possible to process through the WebCenter Forms Recognition Learn Set Manager.  The batches that we are not able to be process (ie. accepted or rejected) are displaying that they have 0 documents.
