Identity UI/ Catalog Screen Is Not Rendering Properly With Different Monitor/Resolution (Doc ID 2083775.1)

Symptoms

OIM Identity UI is not able to adjust the screen based on the resolution/Monitor. For example: Monitor with 1280 X 1024 resolution, its not rendering properly while other Monitor with 1920 X 1080 resolution where it displays everything fine.
Due to this issue, User who requests the catalog Item, not able to see checkout button and not able to request required access.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

User who requests the catalog Item, must be able to see checkout button and be able to request required access.

REPLICATION STEPS
-----------------------
1) Login into Identity UI
2) Go to Catalog search
3) Search for the entitlements
4) Based on Screen resolution or Monitor, You will find some of the buttons(like checkout) are hidden and you dont see at all or just see half of the button.
