When submitting a request for Application Instance with an associated Entitlement (Heterogeneous request), the Application Instance request failed with the following error message:
The account key referenced in the error above refers to an AD account that the beneficiary user is already provisioned to (AD app instance key is 1), but the account being requested is not AD. The entitlement being requested for is related to the requested account with app instance key of 134.
This issue is intermittent, but is seen frequently.
