Symptoms

You installed Oracle Access Manager Apache 2.4 WebGates 11.1.2.2.0 against Apache  HTTP server 2.4 . There is no error. After webgate configuration,however, you cannot start Apache. Following is the error:-

# <APACHE_HOME>/bin/apachectl stop
httpd: Syntax error on line 502 of <APACHE_HOME>/conf/httpd.conf: Syntax error on line 9 of <APACHE_HOME>/conf/webgate.conf: Cannot load <OAMWebgate_HOME>/webgate/apache/lib/webgate.so into server: <OAMWebgate_HOME>/webgate/apache/lib/webgate.so: undefined symbol: ap_log_rerror
