OAuth Integration With MAF Application (Doc ID 2085100.1)

Symptoms

An application is setup to connect to an OAuth provider successfully.
However, when a second attempt to connect is done, it fails.
Old access token is getting passed to OAuth server.

was also included, but it did not work.

The problem is seen in MAF 2.1.2 and MAF 2.1.3.
