Chinese Characters is Corrupt in PDF Created from Oracle Reports (Doc ID 2085370.1)

Symptoms

Configured PDF Subsetting and as per the following Note:
Document 207711.1 How to Use Font Subsetting in Reports for PDF Output

MingLiu subset worked, but all Chinese words in subsetting not working, like "宋体".

Changes

 Font Subsetting implemented by modifying uifont.ali file to allow subset of new Fonts having the name as Non-English.
