Why Is The OTD (Oracle Traffic Director) Server Not Passing The Request To The Endeca Server ? (Doc ID 2086416.1)

Goal

Why is the OTD server not passing the request to the Endeca server after applying the MLR#7 OR MLR#5 and above patch?.

After applying the MLR7 patch on OTD 11.1.1.7 installation, the OTD server is not passing the request to the Origin Server (Endeca). This was working fine before applying the patch.
