WebLogic Server Does Not Respond When HTTP POST Data Size Is Over MaxPostSize. (Doc ID 2086912.1)

Symptoms

 1/ Users can set MaxPostSize with WebLogic Admin Console:

{Domain Name} > Environment > Servers > {Server Name} > Protocols > HTTP > Max Post Size:

2/ When HTTP POST Data size is over the above parameter, WebLogic Sever sometimes does not respond. 

As a consequence, Web Browser waits WLS response untill timeout happens.
