Image of Type PNG Created From The Snipping Tool Is Not Getting Converted To PDF In Enterprise Capture (Doc ID 2087005.1)

Symptoms

Images in the form of PNG, created from the snipping tool, are not converted correctly. All other formats  (TIF, JPG, PDF, docx) are getting converted successfully. 

Other PNG images created from tools like the Paint tool work properly.

Error in the logs :
