Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.0.0 version, Content Server

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
WebCenter Content via Content UI (ADF/WEB) upload popup is not resize-able. Confirmed in Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Chrome.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Popup should be resize-able.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Connect to WCC 12c via Content UI (ADF/Web)
2. Select Upload button.
3. Pop Up is not resize-able (cutting off longer Metadata name fields)
