When Completing an Invoice within WebCenter Content: Imaging AXF Task Viewer, Error "TCM-91000: An unexpected system error occurred" Occurs (Doc ID 2087322.1)

Symptoms

When completing an invoice from Imaging AXF Task Viewer, after using <Document 2084765.1>, the following errors occur:

[APP: imaging] [DSID: <DSID>] TCM-91000: An unexpected system error occurred. Contact your system administrator for support.[[
oracle.imaging.axf.resources.AxfException: javax.ejb.EJBException: EJB Exception: ; nested exception is:
oracle.bpel.services.workflow.client.WorkflowServiceClientException: java.rmi.RemoteException: EJB Exception: ; nested exception is:

This started after an upgrade from 11.1.1.7 to 11.1.1.9.  The latest Solution Accelerator has been applied and there are no SOA errors.
