Logout Fuctionality Is Not Working Properly In OAM/IDM (Doc ID 2087821.1)

Symptoms

Logout is sometimes not working in a clustered environment.

There are 2 OAM servers in cluster - OAM1, OAM2.

If either OAM1 or OAM2 is down, Logout is always successful.

If both OAM1 and OAM2 are up & running, then logout fails intermittently.
