When Rejecting a Request, the Comment Field and Buttons for Approve and Reject Disappear after Clicking Create Comment
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Inbox and select an Approval request.
2. Click Reject and then click Create Comment.
The new Screen shows the following missing.
A. In the upper right: Buttons for approval and rejection disappear.
B. The comments are blank which prevents Rejection of any requisition.
C. In lower right: Click icon to complete and nothing happens.
