OES11g - Unable start OES domain, getting "The SSL ListenPort attribute 7002 cannot be the same as the non-secure ListenPort for the server" (Doc ID 2088152.1)

Fresh install, after set OES Weblogic domain, in new domain, unable to start.

Symptoms

Customer configuring "Oracle Entitlements Server" Followingthe next documentation:

7.4.3 Configuring Oracle Entitlements Server in a New WebLogic Domain

Unable start OES Admin server domain, observing this error on logs:
