BAM Adapter 18.104.22.168.1 Enable Batching fails with, 'BAM-01009:Could not insert into Data Object'

When it is enabled, the Batching option of the BAM Adapter in 188.8.131.52.1, fails with the exception:
summary=<summary>Exception occurred when binding was invoked.
Exception occurred during invocation of JCA binding: "JCA Binding execute of Reference operation 'writetoBAM' failed due to: javax.resource.ResourceException: oracle.j2ee.ws.client.jaxws.JRFSOAPFaultException: Client received SOAP Fault from server : BAM-01009: Could not insert into Data Object".
The invoked JCA adapter raised a resource exception.
Please examine the above error message carefully to determine a resolution.
