Problems Trying To Revoke or Enable A Resource For a Disabled User (Doc ID 2089685.1)

During reconciliation you observe that a resource/account is assigned to a disabled user. You then try to revoke the account, but it fails as the account is in a disabled status.  If you then try to re-enable the account, you see the following error message:

IAM-2050243 : Orchestration process with id nnnnnnn, failed with error message IAM-4065009 : An error occurred in oracle.iam.provisioning.spi.DOBProvisioningMechanism/enable(Account) while enabling account with id xx,xxx for the user with key yyy,yyy and the cause of error is Resource is already canceled, suspended or waiting...
