Symptoms

A user may search for content from the Rich Text Editor (RTE) to insert an image into the Blog or Wiki entry. When clicking an image in the search results, WebCenter Portal (WCP) may reload the page with an Internal Error. The following is written into the WCP diagnostic log:  

The image is not inserted into the RTE, and any unsaved changes may be lost.

Changes

 There may have been new images uploaded directly into WebCenter Content (WCC), or there was a decision to use old images uploaded into Content before the integration with WCP.
