Outlook 2013 Click To Run Crashes When Oracle ESSO Logon Manager is running.

When Oracle ESSO Logon Manager is open, Microsoft Outlook will crash and display an error message. The problem occurs randomly and quite frequently. Shutting down the Oracle ESSO-LM client resolves the issue.


"This program is not responding would you like to close, restart or troubleshoot"

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced randomly with the following steps:

  1. Open Oracle ESSO Login Manager
  2. Start the Microsoft Office Outlook client.
  3. Wait for the application to crash with the error message.
