Downstream Integrated Extract Hangs In Running Status

Information in this document applies to any platform.
- Downstream integrated extract is based on Archive Log based capture, NOT real-time capture.
- IE seems to hang for a while and recovers eventually.
When a new extract is registered, it triggers log switch automatically enabling the downstream capture to resume processing.
So, Please observe the log switch pattern on source database and see if downstream capture lag values are in sync with log switch on source.
