Symptoms
Creating a new ODI 12.1.3.0.0. scenario for a package fails with the following error message:
Changes
The environment was migrated from Release 10. The versions of the scenario do not have the expected values of 001,002,...,00n but rather 1,2,3,4.
The same error occurs if the scenarios are changed from their defaults to letters or numbers regardless of the version the repository was created in.
