When attempting to download the Workspace on some older Android devices, the download is unable to start. We attempted the download from the bmax directory, and the download seems to start, but it remains at 0% and after several minutes, it is marked with an error that says “download error”.
The error occurs in the following devices:
SAMSUNG SM-G920F 5.0.2
In this case the customer is using a Geotrust SSL certificate.
The following SSL error is seen in the error logs;
