Goal

 'Application -> Page -> Saved Reports' does not display saved private reports in APEX 5

Creating a saved private report and exporting that app from 4.2.4 and importing to 5.0 or 5.0.2 is working.
However, the only way you are able to see the saved private reports is from running:
select * from APEX_APPLICATION_PAGE_IR_RPT where application_id like '121';

Before APEX 5.0, you could browse to Application -> Page -> Saved Reports and it would display all of your saved private reports on that page.
In APEX 5 (whether the app is imported to or created in APEX 5), this is no longer visible when you go to check to see if the saved private reports exist in APEX. It does not show any saved private reports under 'Page -> Saved Reports'.

Is this a bug in the display or is this by design? If it is by design is there another location that you can go to to see all of the active private reports inside of the app?
